Photograph it and send it to our WhatsApp number. Add a caption in the standard order and we read every field at once:

No caption is fine too — we'll ask for what's missing.
Check what we read
We reply with the amount, who it was paid to and what for. Tap ✅ Save it if that's right, or ✏️ Change to fix it.
Nothing goes on your records until you say so. We never guess a number.
Forget about it
It's organised by date and tagged for compliance. At month end, one file with the register, the spreadsheet and every bill photo.
Hand it to your CA exactly as it comes.
🧾 No bill? Still covered
Paid cash with nothing to show for it? Type what you spent in the same order and we generate a payment voucher on your own letterhead.
👥 Your staff can send too
Forward them a link. Their bills wait for your approval unless you decide otherwise — you see everything, they see their own.
⚖️ Honest about compliance
Anything without a real vendor bill is flagged for your auditor rather than quietly passed off as fine.
